Rania H. Sanford, Ed.D., PCC, is an executive coach and senior academic leader who works with physicians and leaders navigating complexity, growth, and transition. 


With two decades in academic medicine, Dr. Sanford brings deep institutional insight and a steady, strategic presence to her coaching practice.


Dr. Sanford is the Stanford University School of Medicine Associate Dean of Faculty Professional Development; the founding Executive Director of the Stanford Physician Leadership Certificate Program, and is co-founder of the BCC-Accredited COACHME@Stanford program.
